How Do You Currently Heat Your Property?

Heat Pumps are most effective for those that are currently off the gas mains grid, using LPG or electric to heat their properties

If you're currently on mains gas, you might find that only a Ground Source Heat Pump will reduce your heating bills as gas is much cheaper than electricity. However, you'll still benefit from RHI payments, and you'll be using a more sustainable source

Are You Interested In Air Source Or Ground Source?

Air Source

Requires less ground space and is cheaper

Select

Ground Source

Generates heat more efficiently and recieves higher RHI rates, but requires a large amount of open space to install the ground loop

Figures shown are estimates based on the expected performance of a typical air or ground source heat pump installation, and represent the potential potential payback that can be achieved based on heating bills savings and Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Payments. It it is impossible to guarantee the future performance of any heat pump installation; as such, estimates should be used as an indicator of potential future returns, and not an official quotation. A detailed site survey and property heat requirements analysis could produce different results, and as such Eco nrg Ltd cannot be held responsible for any decisions made based on the estimate figures provided in this application. The following rates have been used, and are accurate as of February 2018: cost of electricity, 15.4p/kWh; cost of gas, 4.3p/kWh; cost of LPG, 5.8p/kWh; RHI Tariffs, air - 10.18p/kWh, ground - 19.86p/kWh. RHI tariffs are based on the fulfillment of EPC requirements.Coefficient of Performance values of 3 (Air) and 4 (Ground) have been used. These are typical values, but could vary based on your installation factors, such as manufacturer and model, location and climate.
